Pre-race routine:

It was cold, low 40's, so huddling in the covered, slightly heated area seemed to be the thing to do. Arrived about 25 mins to race start.

Warm down:

Water, stretch, massage/chiro (free- woot!!) and food - pizza, muffins, bananas.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Overall run volume and fear of aggravating a recent hip issue. All-in-all, this was a good race, I had fun and would do both this distance and this race again.

Event comments:

Beautiful course, lots of helpful volunteers and great post race activities and food.
