Post race
Warm down: Water, stretch, massage/chiro (free- woot!!) and food - pizza, muffins, bananas. What limited your ability to perform faster: Overall run volume and fear of aggravating a recent hip issue. All-in-all, this was a good race, I had fun and would do both this distance and this race again. Event comments: Beautiful course, lots of helpful volunteers and great post race activities and food. It was cold, low 40's, so huddling in the covered, slightly heated area seemed to be the thing to do. Arrived about 25 mins to race start.
