What would you do differently?:

I dont think that i realy had that much that i could have realy done differently other then make sure that i dident have to pee before the race started because i think that is what gave me additional close to a min that i needed to get a Boston time.

Warm down:

Walked around in a semi delirous state until dad came in.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Having to pee almost right away.

Event comments:

The race itself is very good. Its a pretty fast course even though it is a long uphill grind, that you have to do twice. There is a couple of things that could be better since they are calling it an international marathon. 1st More race gear that you can buy. 2nd Different metals for the half and full marathon, and age group medals with age and such on them. Other then that there is alot of volunteers to help out and it is in a realy beutiful area.
