Comments: Mile 1: 9:13 mile 2: 9:44 mile 3: 10:06 mile .1: :57 I started out strong. The last mile the heat was really getting to me. I felt like it was 95 degrees out. I passed up water at mile 2 and I thought about grabbing some just to cool off the body. I figured I did not want to slow down and considering I hit my goal by 1 second I might been the right call. What would you do differently?: well I ran 20 miles the day before and I would not run it. I would also wear a lighter shirt so it would breathe better Post race
Warm down: I walked alot What limited your ability to perform faster: 20 mile run I did the day before and the fact my head hurt I think because I was dehrdated. Event comments: It was a good race. Well I stood around talked to friends. I tried to loosen up my feet because they were tired from yesterday's 20 miler. I was not sure if I would be able to run or if I would end up walking the course.
