Comments: Goofy set up in the pool. Could have/should have swam harder, I didn't really push it here. Just swam at my training pace and my HR was low. What would you do differently?: Maybe give it a little more. Transition 1

Comments: A fine ride with some fun corners. Two round-abouts which are fun. Some brick patches gave me a chance to stand a bit and stretch. Felt fine on the ride. What would you do differently?: Probably nothing. I think I could have gone a little harder but not without draining the tank. Transition 2
Comments: I put socks on for the run and it went okay. Need to get the blood moving in my fingers before T2 next time. Hard to tie shoes with numb nubs. Run
Comments: Easy course, was able to get into form pretty quick. My cardio was fine at this point but my legs were groing tired. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Post race
Warm down: Hang with the wife and wait for friends to finish. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not pushing harder in the swim.-if anythnig. Event comments: Bike could be longer and the pool swim seems a little out of place. The whole time time start magnifies the fact that this is a race against the clock and not another person.
