Comments: Goofy set up in the pool. Could have/should have swam harder, I didn't really push it here. Just swam at my training pace and my HR was low. What would you do differently?: Maybe give it a little more. ![]() Transition 1

Comments: A fine ride with some fun corners. Two round-abouts which are fun. Some brick patches gave me a chance to stand a bit and stretch. Felt fine on the ride. What would you do differently?: Probably nothing. I think I could have gone a little harder but not without draining the tank. ![]() Transition 2
Comments: I put socks on for the run and it went okay. Need to get the blood moving in my fingers before T2 next time. Hard to tie shoes with numb nubs. ![]() Run
Comments: Easy course, was able to get into form pretty quick. My cardio was fine at this point but my legs were groing tired. What would you do differently?: Nothing. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Hang with the wife and wait for friends to finish. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not pushing harder in the swim.-if anythnig. Event comments: Bike could be longer and the pool swim seems a little out of place. The whole time time start magnifies the fact that this is a race against the clock and not another person.
