Very slow but I knew it was going to be slow. I kept to my plan and I came out of the water a lot stronger than last year.

Train more for the swim

First mile felt great and the last mile felt great. The distanse inbetwen I felt tired and could not catch my breath.

Walked around a bit and streched. Took a hot shower and then got something to eat.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I did not train enough. I need to find a better training schedule so I can work on all three areas.

Event comments:

This ia a good race to go to. I think it was very well organized and the course was good but not too challenging.
