Comments: Very slow but I knew it was going to be slow. I kept to my plan and I came out of the water a lot stronger than last year. What would you do differently?: Train more for the swim Transition 1
Comments: I took my time during T1 to make sure my feet were dry. What would you do differently?: Get some bike shoes and put the shoes in the pedals Bike
Comments: Bike went well. I was able to push along well and felt good comeing off the bike What would you do differently?: Train more Transition 2
Comments: Since I do not have bike shoes, this went well since my running sneakers were already on. Run
Comments: First mile felt great and the last mile felt great. The distanse inbetwen I felt tired and could not catch my breath. What would you do differently?: Train more Post race
Warm down: Walked around a bit and streched. Took a hot shower and then got something to eat. What limited your ability to perform faster: I did not train enough. I need to find a better training schedule so I can work on all three areas. Event comments: This ia a good race to go to.
