Comments:

New PR at my college homecoming weekend. About 35 seconds faster than last week. Still went out too fast although mile 2 and 3 were still faster than the Downtown 5k. Weather was nice...a bit warm and humid but nothing bad. Great kick at the end.
What would you do differently?:

Not gone out so fast? I need to figure out a comfortable mile 1 pace. Still having the same issues as before. Fitness is there...weight is slowing me down at mile 1.75 or so.
Post race
Warm down:

Wander around in circles.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Weight. It is coming off though.

Event comments:

Salve Regina does a great job and this race was well attended. Never have any water on the course. A little suprised but I never take water anyway. STILL BITTER THAT MY TRI GOT CANCELLED.
