Very dizzy when I stopped runnning; I think the goggles were too tight and I wore them around my head oddly while waiting to begin. Feeling passed once I started running with the bike.

Took a wrong turn and did an extra ~1/4 mile (with a lot of turns) on the first loop. Probably cost me a place. Overall felt ok, a little surprised that the time wasn't a little faster.

Felt really strong and good on run; legs felt real strong. Could have pushed even harder if there was anyone in sight either in front or in back.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Dizzy off of swim, wrong turn on bike (and this upset me during the rest of the ride a bit, may have caused in total ~1-1.5 m lost time)
