Comments: Ran into transtion but walked to station due to heart rate and heavy breathing. Extreemly exhusted from swim slowed transition time. Wetsuit stuck at ankles and had to reattach velcro timing chip. Good shoeless jump mount, but very slow to get up to speed and trouble with putting feet into shoes once at speed. What would you do differently?: Train getting to max speed prior to putting feet into shoes Bike
Comments: Really struggled starting the first 5 miles. Lost a lot of energy (cardio) from swim. Had little strength going into wind and hills. What would you do differently?: Get up to speed faster then put feet into shoes. Train more on hills Transition 2
