Pre-race routine:

Got to the race and tried to get into an earlier swim wave. Was able to jump up one and had to rush to get my transition area set and into the water. But hey sometimes it happens right?

Since I jumped up a wave, I was in with the slower times. That was fine, except I had to pass up the two other ladies twice. I had to hang back a lot in order to pass properly, which wasted time, oh well.

It was hard to get my jersey on, it was cool so I had a long sleeve. My arm got stuck. Took WAY too long

It was a hard run. I was slow and what made it worse was the fact that I had to stop twice to retie my shoes. Ya live ya learn I guess.
What would you do differently?:

Double knot the shoes, I usually do this too...
