Went out too fast, but got into pace by 1/2 mile, but then slowed down too much.
What would you do differently?:

Go out slower and keep a more ven pace.

Transition area was not set-up fairly, some people had bikes racked closer to exit than others. I had to go to the far end then back to the front to exit. Added to the transition time

Went out well and keep good pace until last two miles and then wind just beat me.

No tmuch just need to work on endurance and getting more comfortable in aero bars

Not good- grabbed water existing T2, choked a little bit and then developed side stitch that hampered my entire run. Had to walk to to get the pain to subside to a tolerable level.
What would you do differently?:

Don't try to run and drink. Just walk while taking hydration. I have had problems with drinking on the run in past and said I wouldn't do again but figured what the heck.

Event comments:

Took 3rd place in Clydesdale. But was leading going into final run. Better run and i win the Clydesdale. Strained lower back figure it is due to not being properly fitted to the aero bars.

Course: Estimate wind speed of 25mph out of south, with gust up to 30-35 mph. Course was an out and back but seemed more cross or head wind. But it was nice when going with the wind. Course was open to car traffic but this was light for the most part
