Comments:

For some strange reason, I seemed to go a bit wide at the buoys, it was a bit hard to navigate. I also seemed to be swimming by myself mostly, people beside me but nobody in front except for way ahead.
What would you do differently?:

I just need more swim training, something I have lacked this season.

Didn't get on the bike as smoothly as I would have liked, a real quick transition though, heaps of guys were in before me but I was out on the bike before them.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, not real hard, throw cap and goggles on ground, sunnies on, helmet on, grab bike and go!

Felt good after 1st lap, wind was real tough, 18 knots with 29 knot gusts (And there were lots of them), didn't really pass anyone except on the last lap and a half. I came round a corner on the last lap and found a car straight across the road and nearly 'T' boned him. Not happy!
What would you do differently?:

I did ok, feel I could have done a little better though.

Jeez its hard when you see 2.5km in a straight line, I had no legs and tried concentrating on the person in front, but that didn't work.

I just couldn't get a strong rhythm going and reckon I ran 4 mins slower than I would have liked.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe not push so hard on the bike.

Lack of training and motivation, too many negative thought running through my head the whole race.

A good venue, just a shame about the weather conditions.
