What would you do differently?: Train harder, more fuel (HammerGel), more Endurolytes. Post race
Warm down: Stretching out my cramps. Walking, fluids, food. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training. Event comments: My friends Donny and Anne were cheering me on around 7 miles...they even made a sign. It gave me a nice boost...wish they could have been there at miles 10-13. Woke up around 4am; coffee, banana, 1/2 peanut butter sandwich. The coffee did its' "job". Left home at 6:10; parked and picked-up race packet. Walked around the block and talked about tri's and running with Sean. 8am...off to the races.
