Pre-race routine:

Got up at 7:00, went to starbucks for a vanilla latte, berry stella, and water.
Event warmup:

Met Ann, walked a bit to get a little loose.

Comments:

First mile 8:07, second mile was 8:17, last mile was SLOW. The last mile was mostly up hill and I walked a couple times for about 30 seconds each :(
What would you do differently?:

Race: Not go out as fast
Training: Consistency in training and hill repeats

inconsistency/inadequate training

Event comments:

Meeting up with StampinAnn was super nice, weather was perfect, great race by the PTA of two elementary schools of Snoqualmie.

Enjoyed seeing the BuDuRacing family :)

Ann and I had breakfast together at Sebastiani's - tasty vegetable omelettes and coffee. I am blessed with Ann's friendship.
