Comments: I need practice getting into my new tri shoes (instead of my road shoes), I only just got them yesterday so practice, practice, practice. What would you do differently?: Fairly smooth bar the shoe thing, but I don't feel I lost too much time. Bike

Comments: When I got off my bike, my feet had pins and needles, I also had trouble with some strange feelings in my heels. Never happened to me before. Run

Just checked out exit and entry points. Also checked the water, it was flat and a little warm.
Nothing
