Comments: Started out fast at 7:06 and tried to settle into a good pace for the uphill miles 2-4. Slowed way down to 8:30's for miles 3 and 4 oops. Got HR back under control and picked a rabbit for 5 and 6 to close it out with an 8:04 and 7:54. What would you do differently?: Not have freakin grad school finals prep while I should be training. Post race
