Comments: The goal was to run the first 7 miles at a HR of about 150.Then pick it up to a HR of 160 until mile 10. Finally finish the final 5K with a HR just around LT. It was hard keeping the HR in LT during the last 3.1 miles as I was pretty tired. Got up 5am, had a bagel with cream cheese. Left the house about 6:20, parked and made my way to the race site. Dropped off some warm clothes at the gear bag drop. Talked with some friends
