Comments: feet were numb! had to dismount, pull one shoe out of the pedal, put it on, and then remount the bike on a hill! much time was lost! What would you do differently?: not start with shoes clipped in if I'm doing a cold water swim (maybe practice with numb feet in the future...) Bike

What limited your ability to perform faster: fatigue from last weekend's HalfMax race; poor sleep the night before at a campsite; stress; poor focus, bad nutrition during training in the weeks prior; MAINLY MY OWN FAULT FOR POOR MENTAL FOCUS AND ATTITUDE.
