Comments:

I again got grabbed alot at this race...they grab and like try to pull you under and i dont get it? The second lap was more peaceful since I was about the only one left in the water :)
What would you do differently?:

maybe I would swim a little more? I have only swam about 5 times since Ironman Florida and the longest was about 25 min last week. I dont really mind being slow though...I will never win win a race so winning to me is finishing.

Course: water temp was nice and didnt wear a suit. The swim seemed really long..it always looks long but it went like have way past the little fishing pier and I really dont remember it being that far past it for the oly distance. Also my swim time was like 4 minutes slower and last year I had major fights with the wetsuit?

Course: this is a tough course and there is alot of gravel at the bottom so taking the turn at 180 degrees and wathcing the gravel is even tougher-once you turn it is like a 19% grade then it flattens out to about 9%. I told myself I was gonna make it and I made it up the 19% but once I got to the 9% I just couldnt get my breath. I was almost hypervenilating and decided to just get off walk a bit and calm down.
