Comments: Familiar flat course. Started off a bit faster than I wanted. The 1st mile was around 7:15. Slowed the pace a little and was able to maintain a 7:25 pace for most of the race. Felt really good @ mile 10 and picked up the pace for the remainder of the race. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Set a PR by 12 minutes. Post race

Ate 2 slices of whole wheat toast w/peanut butter and pear butter. Had 1 cup of coffee, a glass of water, and a multivitamin. Wore shorts and a short sleeve shirt w/a 'throw away' long sleeve shirt.
