Very good swim. Came out of water feeling strong. Timing mat was approx 100 yd from swim exit - Time includes run to mat.

Bike exit from transition was jammed up with people from wave before mine - had trouble getting through crowd on narrow paved driveway.

Poor performance - Forgot to put computer on bike - had to race completely by feel, and did not push hard enough.

Make sure cycle computer is on bike.

Run down paved driveway to transition was shakey - cleats felt very slippery. Ran up wrong row in transition & had to turn around.

Focus better when running into transition to make sure I'm heading straight to my spot.

This is arguably the best race in SC PA. It is well-run, organized, staffed well by volunteers at all turns, and is held at a fantastic venue.
