Warm down: Drank Gatorade, ate a banana and scone, walked and did a little stretch. What limited your ability to perform faster: Sleep deprevation. Had the Submarine Birthday Ball the night before and only got 3.5 hours of sleep and only 6 or 7 rough hours of sleep the night before. My swim training is non-existent and I really need to take a round turn on it. I also need to get back to my strength and run more during training. Event comments: I like this race.
