Weird little cramps/muscle seizes--first left hamstring, then left calf. Left calf seized from mile 10.5 on--had to keep stomping foot to get it to loosen. Calf compressors really really helped.

Ate a banana half each lap to help w/cramps. Had 4 endurolytes total even tho wasn't too sweaty, and 1-2 cliff shot blocks each 1-2 miles. Alternated Heed and H2O every 1-2 miles.

Overall, good day. Everyone had a PR! Me, by more than 22 minutes, tho short swim def helped. Wish I'd been higher ranked in AG--punished for not drafting! Too honest. Need to figure out cramp issues too on legs. Potassium deficiency?
