Comments: I thought the race was a really nice small race, not too tough. What would you do differently?: Be in better shape. Post race
Warm down: Went to registration table and handed in time card. Grabbed some water and gatorade and waited for friends to finish. Chatted about the race and upcoming events. What limited your ability to perform faster: I need to be in better shape and looser Event comments: It would be nice if it were a closed coarse, but that's not going to happen. Had Dr Pepper and some banana bread for breakfast. Drove to race and registered. Went to friends house and had a larger water and headed back to race sight to start warm up a half hour before race.
Stretched a bit, jogged a bit, stretched some more and went to starting line.
