Pre-race routine:

perfect amount of oatmeal, not too sweet (1 cup) with milk, plus coffee, oj. Didn't need the fig newtons at transition, felt well fueled for entire race.
Event warmup:

Only got 2 minutes in water beforehand, but with wetsuit.

Very difficult to get one piece sprint suit, wetsuit back on after a bio break.

What would you do differently?:

have to think about this, others had wetsuits . . . and I thought they had socks. I did already have my number on. Was I too relaxed because this wasn't a sprint?

had trouble finding spot without towel to mark properly
28th in AG on transition. 45" slower than top AG, but 10-15" behind finishers close to me. Trouble finding rack spot didn't help.
