Got stuck in traffic because I assumed I'd be one of the slowest swimmers.
What would you do differently?:

Start closer to the front.

Stack gear in the proper order. Wear heart rate monitor for swim.

Very nice course through a quiet neighborhood. Passed a LOT of people. Got tired of saying 'On your left.' Many of them would pass me in the run.
What would you do differently?:

Should drink more. Maybe some gels, especially for longer distances to prep for the run.

Just have to pick up my running speed by training more.

Great little sprint when the weather is getting cold in the rest of the country. And come on, it's officially called "The Great American Cooter Triathlon." They're aware of the double meaning, and they embrace it.
