Comments: Sighting OK, some drafting, but not all the time. What would you do differently?: Work on drafting, I should be able to draft better, get more profit from drafting. Transition 1
Comments: This was a slow transition (both transitions are included in the bike time, my pure bike time was 2:42:40). Especially T1 was slow. Nasty procedure with stuff in bags, nothing allowed on or next to the bike. What would you do differently?: I need to get my tools and gels attached to the bike, next time that must be in order, that saves me more than a minute! And I need to train T1 and T2 after a tough training! It must go smoother! Bike
Comments: Good pace with HR at the top of zone 2. But I felt that it was hard on my legs! I took one third gel every 20', that was enough. What would you do differently?: This was the strongest part of my race, I just must train more on endurance, because I didn't have much left for the run. And In the end I was out of aero position too much, too long. Transition 2
Comments: Bike was taken, run into sports hall. Change went OK, could go faster though. What would you do differently?: No "equipment in my pockets, so I go faster. Plus training a little more on T2. Run
Comments: I was completely empty, and must seek advise as to what this was, and how I can train for this. What would you do differently?: Push more! Train according to the learnings of this. Post race

2 days before the race drove to Joroinen, did the swim and the bike, walked the run. Good taper, good food, pasta the day before, oatmeal in the morning.
Bike 3 km from T2 to the swim. Then 5 min swim appr. 15 min before the start.
