Comments: I think I got top 10% but I don't feel like doing the math. I only had 6 hours of swim training that year before the event. I felt ok for that level of training but I was getting to my limit. I was expecting .65 distance. It was the first time I ever raced without a wetsuit. I did better than I thought I would without one. Transition 1
Comments: Much faster than last year. It helped that I didn't have a wetsuit on. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Bike section makes or brakes you even more than a road triathlon. The steep up hills make most riders get off and push. What would you do differently?: Train more on z4 and 5 hill rides. Transition 2

Nothing out of the ordinary. Got up at 5am, eat a multi-grain bagel with PB. 1 cup of OJ and started sipping water. Right before the swim I took a PowerBar gel.
