This was the first time I tried it with the shoes already on the bike, I was pleased given that this was my first time trying this, I can improve though. The course had a lot of potholes leaving the transition zone which did not help matters. Practice, practice, practice...

This was the first time that I tried to dismount and leave the shoes attached to the bike, it went pretty well for the first time, I am happy, I was the last girl in a group of 6 to arrive in the boxes, but the first to leave. Got to remember to remove the helmet!
