happy with my pace... felt is was important to run strong and get with a good group on the bike.

Maybe run a little harder.

Pushed it hard on the bike. Was lucky to stick with a fast group that caught me 5 mins in. I wish a was able to catch a fast group at the start rather than haveing one catch me. Legs (calves) starting to cramp towards the end of the bike.

Hands cold and had trouble getting the helmet off and shoes on!
What would you do differently?:

Keep the quick laces tight on the shoes before putting on. Practice a bit with the helmet snap.

Not much left in my legs after the bike... Calves starting to cramp up by were ok. No real kick at the end.

Weak legs on the bike. Need to bike more and push myself on the bike.
