Run
Comments: Took off easy, the roads started out snow covered for the first mile or so. Once on main roads I just focused on holding a steady pace. There were a few hills, but nothing terribly challenging. The race ended back into the same park we started in so really couldn't sprint the finish on the snow. I was aiming for 40 minutes, so I was fairly close. Other wise I ran close to what I had hoped to. Post race
Warm down: Found Dudley and Mike and then the lodge to get something to eat. What limited your ability to perform faster: I'm pleased with my progress this fall. Event comments: This race is part of a series put on over the winter by the local running club. Not a lot of frills, but very nicely done. I know enough after last year to bring a small bottle of something to drink on the course as there is rarely if ever a water stop. Heck, all you would get is ice cubes if they had em!
