Great race series our Tri team puts on.I was faster than last year but do not know by how much. I wish they would have some type of age groups. It is hard competing against the young folks

Just checked last years times. I improved a lot.

23% faster on swim
4.7% faster on bike
16.3%faster on run

To me this sport is more about improving than winning.
