I hated the swim course! It is shallow. People walked/ran to the first bouy. Swam a little then walked/ran back in. I tried to swim most of it. I'm sure I would have placed better if more people actually swam the swim course.

Go out a head of the walkers!

Pushed it. Achilles was sore, but this was the last one of the season. Finished strong. Happy with that.

Loose some weight, get new shoes and get a healthy achilles.
