Comments: legs were whooped from last weeks race and then a pretty good week of training this week. so i felt a little heavy. i did have a pee break at mile 3ish What would you do differently?: race a little harder. i get distracted sometimes and start looking around at the scenery. Post race
Warm down: jogged back to find Rstocks3, then jogged it in with him. What limited your ability to perform faster: didn't fully recover from the race the weekend before. Event comments: there were a couple spots that i think traffic control was lacking, this was odd as in the past years there have been ample volunteers. also the cold bottled water was gone by the time the half got up to the refreshments.
