Comments: So this is when I found out about my bad nutrition. Got sick about 20 miles, tossed up breakfeast. I didn't really pay attention to what I was eating, (coffee, nuts, trail mix, apple fritter) then on the bike, I tried to get down too much Perpetum, without enough water. It came back. I'll never do the nuts & trail mix again.... What would you do differently?: I'll never do the nuts & trail mix again.... Transition 2
Comments: 1 minute faster than last year, great improvement, but I forgot my garmin on the bike due to my stomach still complaining about the food issue. What would you do differently?: Pay attention to the what needs to be done, & try to ignore the stomach. Run
Comments: Overall with my stomach it worked out ok. I started slow & felt much better by the time I got to around mile 4, but couldn't recover the time. What would you do differently?: See the breakfeast above... all I can say. More speed training too. Post race

Got to Chelan a day early to get used to the heat, it was hot. Had a great pre-race dinner with team-mates.
Got there early for parking, took lots of pictures, otherwise nothing special.
