Comments:

Nice training day. Ran out of gas by mile 11. Big bike the week before had some lingering effects. Last two miles were in the 10:30 range.
What would you do differently?:

If this were an A race I would have tapered. Very happy with the results as I took off 9 min from my PR.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Still a bit heavy. Down to about 226 or so. Still less than last year which is nice. The weight definately hurts at these longer distances.

Event comments:

They did a great job improving on last year. The course was a bit harder as the hills were longer there were more of them. They were much more organized and generally had things figured out over last year.
