Comments: Need to work on sighting and navigation. I swear I probably swam 1.5 miles with all the zig zagging. What would you do differently?: work on sighting and swimming straight. Maybe try to push a little harder. I was pretty relaxed coming out of the swim. Transition 1

Comments: This course had some rough roads over about half the course with one section being really rough and bumpy. I did make the bike split I had hoped for. What would you do differently?: Train longer rides. Transition 2
Comments: T2 went pretty smooth and I was out quickly. Run
Comments: This is where I fell apart. I couldn't force myself to run for more than a 1/2 mile to 1 mile at a time. then had to walk. What would you do differently?: Train more long rides with runs afterwards to get my legs used to running tired. Post race
Warm down: walked around and got my legs massaged. What limited your ability to perform faster: Running off the bike. Event comments: Course does have a couple of rough roads on the bike.
