What would you do differently?: Really wish that I would have trained more for it. I injured my foot back in the fall when I started training. Ever since then, I never did get back into a very good running schedule. Pretty sure I could have come in closer to 2 hrs had I trained better. Post race

Up around 415. At a couple of lean pockets, showered (I'm never up until i shower), and got ready. Drank a Red Bull and some vitamin water on the way downtown. Got downtown aroun 10 after 6.
Nothing major. Walked around the block and jogged a little bit. Did some stretches.
