Ate Cliff Bar and half a graham cracker with peanut butter.
Felt sick to my stomach - could not finish the graham cracker.

Started with pace a bit high after I got out of the pack.
Heart Rate was consistently in the 180s.
Felt awful by mile 13.
Lots of walking last 5 miles.
What would you do differently?:

Drink a little less.
Train better.
Go out easier.

Felt nauseous prior to race start - feeling persisted and worsened last half of race.
Strong knee and ankle pain.

Water impossible to find once I crossed the finish line.
