It was cold but I felt good. That subsided once I started running. My mind just wanted to stop and rest. Crazy, huh. So I stopped a few times but not for that long.
What would you do differently?:
Went right into the building for the post-race snack food. Stretched a teeny bit.
What limited your ability to perform faster:
My mind, mind, mind.......
I'll do this race again, if only to get the food afterwards. But I will not walk again!

Got up with the kids and made the dynamic pre-race food, chocolate chip pancakes. Fed everyone and got moving.
Did some minor stretching but basically tried to stay warm.
