It's a long way to the transition area. I was busy having a heart attack after that swim anyway.

Not have a heart attack getting out of the water.

I enjoyed the bike ride, passed more people than passed me... and I passed four people on a hill! Yay! I know- still not very fast anyway.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing- keep taking spin classes. I would have passed four people up a hill without them.
