After turn at 2nd bouy the chop was head on and bad, after that it seemed to die down and was much easier to breath.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, I was happy with the swim overall

Long trans but overall I'm happy with my time. The socks took at least a min to put on but oh well.

Maybe learn to bike and run without socks?

Very happy with bike time considering the weather.

Legs felt good the 1st loop but my gut was in a knots. Didn't know if I was going to barf or crap my shorts. If I kept the pace slow, it seemed to help. 2nd leg, legs begin to feel tired and guts were the same.
What would you do differently?:

Too much nutrition and water on bike? Not sure why I had GI problems.
