Swim
Comments: Not my best effort - my first draft went completely off course, my second came to a full stop at the first buoy, and all of the rest kept pushing me away. WTF? I wasn't even touching them. What would you do differently?: Find better drafts. Transition 1
Comments: YAAAY for wetsuit strippers! Bike
Comments: So much better than at Collegiate Nats - especially considering I was coming off two days with a total of about 10 hours hard training! Stayed in training pace the whole time so I'd have some left on the run. Had fun. What would you do differently?: Find a different way to store my gels! Why don't our race suits have pockets?! Transition 2
Comments: Really kind of took my time on the transitions today. It was a long weekend, and I wasn't racing. Run
Comments: Good, solid run. I can tell I'm getting healthier - ran 10 miles of the BSLT course the day before, and felt fine for the run today, even though my running muscles have had little to no training the past few months. Took time to warm up, then did descending splits the whole way, and passed the other girl in my AG at about mile 4. Post race
Warm down: Walking for 10 minutes. What limited your ability to perform faster: Two crazy days of BSLT training! Event comments: Had a fun day yaaaay! Last updated: 2008-12-30 12:00 AM

None, haha - show up with Aaron as they're closing transition and trying to start the pre-race meeting. Leave sunglasses in car on top of hill.
Umm... running down to the beach start to catch the end of the pre-race meeting and jumping in the lake for 5 minutes to see just how cold the swim is going to be.
