Got up at 6, ate oatmeal, banana w/pb, and some OJ/water.

Rode over to start area as part of my w/u
Event warmup:

Biked from the house and picked up 4 more miles doing intervals.
Swam 5 minutes w/o wetsuit to loosen up.

Had a hamstring cramp while getting on the bike...had to coast a few meters to stretch it out.

Should have. I did bike back to the house...around 4 miles and jumped into the lake to soak my legs.
