Warm down: stretched out for about 5 minutes What limited your ability to perform faster: Should of stopped all physical activities the night before a race Event comments: This race was the most challenging for me this season and was the closest I was going to get distance wise compared to the Nations Triathlon Olympic distance this September that I will be doing.
