Just a poor swim performance for me...very disappointing...not a fast swimmer but was hoping for 18min.
What would you do differently?:

Swim was night before...no trouble getting out on my bike except turned the wrong way going out the parking lot and had to make a quick u-turn!

Did great coming out of the parking lot until I got distracted by a chain coming off biker in front of me. Followed the big white arrow out the driveway (meant for the run) so had to make a quick u-turn. Felt great about being ranked 5 of 14 in my age gruop.
What would you do differently?:

Being my first tri I did not know how hard to push on the bike. Since it was so short, next time I will push harder. I realize now it can be a "sprint" and I will still have plenty left for the run.
