Got up had PB&J and off to the race.

Ran a little with jim and rode bike a little to make sure everything was working.

Good swim for me I felt good the whole time. My time was good for me.
What would you do differently?:

I should go a little harder at the start. But overall it was a good swim .

I kept the pace above 20 mph which was my goal. I just need to get the new bike to help with fit and the pain in my hamstring. Bike computer started to hit the wheel toward the end of the ride and had to stop and adjust the bike computer so I lost some time there.
What would you do differently?:

Make sure bike computer does not move and have to stop and fix it. I need to get the new bike so the fit issue and the hamstrin can be solved.

T2 was added to run so the time is off alittle. I had my run at about 7:45 per mile. This was my fasetes run for the oly. yet. No problems with the legs. Everything went as planned.
What would you do differently?:

None. or maybe just get faster.

Warm down:

Had some water to drink and waited for the other Team Toledo people to finish.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

i may have had a little to much to water leading up to the race because i had to pee on the run and i lost some time but over all it went well. I PR by about 10 min.

Event comments:

Good overall race. They need to fix the road out of the park because it is rough but the other than that it was great.
