Comments: Ran good, legs felt good. Problem was my core strength couldn't hold my running form when I tried to pick up the pace. I need to work on strengthening my core muscles. Very pleased with my pace... 6:48 / mile is fantastic :) What would you do differently?: Don't drink and run... I just ended up a coughing mess. Dump it over your head or don't grab it. Post race
Warm down: Walking, eating, drinking for 15 minutes. Felt fine the rest of the day and the next. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training, lack of core strength. Event comments: Enjoyed the course, and the setup. Would do the race again. Last updated: 2009-01-05 12:00 AM
