Comments: PR, but slower than I would have liked. Most importantly, I managed this run WAY better than my last two 1/2 marathons. My gels and endurolytes were planned and used effectively. My pace was steady the entire distance. No cramping, bonking, or "walls"...smooth sailing. What would you do differently?: Train harder Post race
