protein drink at 7:15am. left at 8am. registered and looked for my peeps.
Event warmup:

walked up the road and back. no need to warm up, i was running 13.1 miles for goodness sakes.

Warm down:

walked to get my recoverite and walked around looking for people i knew. grabbed a bite to eat and went home.

Event comments:

it was great to have barb f. and deb there as mile timers at 2 & 8. they yelled a lot for me and kept me going. :)
