Well, the bike started out good. Felt strong. Then on the downhill I dropped my chain going over some rough road. Had to pull over and fix it. Then I had trouble getting back into a rhythm. Thought I flatted my back tire around a mile out of the park so I took it easy coming back in. Worst bike in this race!!! I was all full of suck. :)

I believe this was my quickest run on this course. Not positive, but I felt like I had a good run, especially after that crappy bike.

Warm down:

packed up the car, got changed, got the boys from Ryan, who came with his mom to keep an eye on the boys. Gave him some cash and hit the road.

Event comments:

Last tri of the season. Not my best, but they all can't be the best. Still love the people in this club and had fun.
